What do I need to know when registering?
When completing your registration, be sure to enter your legal name as this
name will appear on your certificate of completion. After the certificate is
printed, it cannot be changed. We cannot change any information from the
original certificate. The email used when registering will be the email needed for the remainder
of the class. Remember to keep your login information handy.
Is this course approved?
Yes, this course has been approved as an online provider.
Is this parenting course guaranteed to be accepted by the court?
Yes. While many individuals participate in our online parenting course for personal reasons, others take this course to fulfill a legal requirement. If for any reason our parenting course certificate is not accepted by the court, we will refund your money when accompanied by proof of non-acceptance.

When are the classes available?
After registering and successful payment, the class is immediately available at your convenience for up to 30 days.
Can I log in and out of the class as needed?
Yes, you can log in and out as many times as needed to finish the course during your 30 day subscription.

How long do I have to take the class before my account expires?
Your account expires 30 days after your payment.
What if I do not complete the course in 30 days?
If you do not complete the course within the 30 day period, you will need to repurchase the course to obtain your certificate of completion.
How long is the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course?
You are required to spend a minimum of 4 - 12 hours reviewing the Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course material depending upon your state requirements. Upon successful completion, we will provide you with a certificate of completion. You have 30 days to complete the course and receive your certificate.
Can more than one person take the same course and obtain separate certificates?
No, only one person can receive credit for the course. Each course allows for only one student and the certificate contains the name of only one person.
Can I use my smart phone to take the class?
Yes, our class is mobile friendly.
What happens after I finish the course?
Once you have completed the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. Your certificate is instantly available for download and printing. Your certificate will also be emailed to you at the email you used when you registered for the course.
What if I need the original certificate mailed to me?
If you wish to receive the Certificate of Completion via U.S. mail, you may request that we mail it to you. A shipping and handling fee will be accessed for each certificate sent by U.S. mail. To request an original certificate by U.S. mail, please email your request to: [email protected]
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You must notify us via email within 48 hours after your registration with the email address you used to register for the course. A full refund is available if you have not accessed any course materials. To request a refund email us at: [email protected]
